Akhil Nagapuri, CSM, is a seasoned IT Business Analyst currently serving as a Senior IT Business Analyst at ICF since January 2024. Prior to this role, Akhil was a Business Analyst at AIG from April 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included liaising between business groups and IT to manage application maintenance and enhancements, as well as collaborating with subject matter experts to document business requirements and coordinate user testing. Earlier experience includes a position as a Junior Business Analyst at Marsh & McLennan Companies, supporting the brokerage renewal process and managing client information for cross-functional teams, and as a Financial Service Representative at TD, focused on understanding customer financial needs.
