Steve Dhillon is an accomplished commercial manager with extensive experience in the defense and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Commercial Manager at ICEYE since November 2020, Steve previously held the position of Lead Commercial Manager at Thales - Ground Transportation Systems, where involvement in the 4LM project with London Underground contributed to the largest urban rail signalling program worldwide. Steve's career spans multiple roles at Thales UK Limited, including Head of Contracts for the Watchkeeper & ISR projects, and Senior Contracts Manager at General Dynamics UK Limited, where commercial support was provided for the Eurofighter Tranche contracts. With a strong educational background from North West Kent College of Technology and Gravesend Grammar School for Boys, Steve has garnered experience in negotiating complex contracts and supporting strategic proposals across various sectors.
