Alessandro Fiocchi is an experienced Electronics Engineer currently employed at ICEYE since August 2019, where responsibilities include hardware design for test jigs, FM production boards, and support for the AIT phase of small-satellite systems, along with the development of Python APIs for test automation. Prior to ICEYE, Alessandro served as an AIT Engineer - Electronics, focusing on electrical troubleshooting, subsystem testing, and satellite integration in clean room environments. A thesis internship at T4i Technology for Propulsion and Innovation involved optimizing gas mixtures for a plasma antenna, while an R&D internship at SkyGeo contributed to the development of a Change Detection tool for SAR images. Alessandro holds two Master of Science degrees in Space Science and Technology from Luleå University of Technology and The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, as well as a degree in Electronic Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
