Filip Motejl has held various roles in the sales and corporate departments of several companies. In 2020, they became the Head of Sales at both AppSec CZ and AppToCloud.com. In 2012, they joined IceWarp as the Head of Sales and Senior Account Manager Business. Finally, in 2007, they began working at Telefónica as a Senior Specialista Reklamací Top Corporate.

Filip Motejl completed their maturita in Pozemní stavitelství a bytová architektura from SPŠ a VOŠ Příbram in 2007. Filip also attended Střední průmyslová škola a vyšší odborná škola Příbram, obor pozemní stavitelství but did not receive a degree.
