Sanjay Goel is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in strategic management and innovation. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Icertis, Sanjay has held significant roles in customer success and training strategy since 2016. Prior to this, Sanjay spent over a decade at Cisco, where roles included Director of Global Repair and leadership positions in acquisitions and services readiness, contributing to substantial revenue growth through strategic integrations. Earlier career experiences include founding IPFuture, directing professional services at Telcordia Technologies, and positions at Nortel Networks and Covansys. Sanjay holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
