Marcin Szleper has a diverse work experience. Marcin worked at ICEO - Venture Builder as a Scala Developer, starting in June 2022 and transitioning to a Senior Scala Developer role in April 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at Aegon as a Junior Java Developer from March 2017 to February 2019, and then as a Java Developer from March 2019 to May 2022. In addition, they had their own one-person business, Marcin Szleper, from April 2014 to March 2017.

Marcin Szleper earned a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree in Environmental Engineering from Politechnika Opolska, which they attended from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Production Management and Engineering (Inżynier (Inż.)) at Politechnika Częstochowska from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Marcin has obtained certifications in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Scala, and SQL, as well as Java and Scala, from TestDome in January 2020.
