Sruthi Meka is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in change management and governance. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Change and Governance and the Information Technology Governance Lead at ICE since February 2020, Sruthi has previously held roles as a Technical Specialist at Mindtree, End User Support Lead at Ciena, and IT Analyst at Ivy Comptech. With a career spanning over a decade, Sruthi's expertise encompasses team management, service delivery, project coordination, incident management, and knowledge management, as well as hands-on experience with various technologies including Microsoft Active Directory and ServiceNow. Sruthi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Andhra University.
