Caitríona Finn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and operations. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Manager and Operations Team Manager at ICE since September 2018, Caitríona has also held roles as a Copyright Consultant and Copyright Analyst within the same company. Prior to this, Caitríona gained valuable customer service experience as a Customer Service Representative at hungryhouse from August 2017 to July 2018 and worked as a Pharmacy Assistant at Procare Pharmacy Group between 2012 and 2016. Caitríona holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Nursing from University College Dublin, obtained from 2013 to 2017.
