Vidya Jyothiprakash has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vidya began their career as a Computer Operator in National Mailing Services from June 2000 to January 2001. During this time, they gained knowledge and skills in computer systems management.

Following that, Vidya joined Elliemae in January 2001 as a Product Support Technician. In this role, they assisted loan officers, processors, underwriters, and system administrators in troubleshooting printing problems within the Encompass Application. Vidya'sresponsibilities also included troubleshooting Adobe Reader issues and possessing knowledge of Windows OS and printer drivers. Vidya later transitioned to the position of Support Analyst within the same company.

Prior to their role at National Mailing Services, Vidya worked as a Technical Support Representative in Sky from October 1998 to April 1999. This allowed their to develop expertise in providing technical assistance to customers.

Vidya Jyothiprakash attended L.D. Arts College from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Vidya'sdegree encompassed a wide range of subjects including English, Economics, Psychology, Hindi, and Logic. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Literature from L.D. Arts College from 1982 to 1985, focusing on English, Psychology, and Economics.
