Moustapha Al-Gharib has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Moustapha most recently worked at ICE Cobotics, where they held the position of Head of Finance EMEA. Prior to that, they were the Team Lead Accounting & Reporting, EMEA at the same company. Before joining ICE Cobotics, Al-Gharib worked as the Finance Manager at Van Oers United for a period of almost 8 years. Moustapha also served as the Accounting Manager at Inter IKEA Systems B.V. and as a Financial Accountant a.i. at Liberty Global. Al-Gharib has experience in implementing SAP ERP systems, as they played a key role in the SAP implementation at Centrica Energy Upstream. Moustapha has also held senior accountant and finance manager roles at Venture/Centrica Production Nederland BV and Biogen Idec International BV. In the earlier years of their career, Al-Gharib worked in various roles at UUNET / WORLDCOM, Nortel Networks, and Shell Services International BV.

Moustapha Al-Gharib attended Nyenrode Business University from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Managerial Controlling. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1997, they attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Business/Managerial Economics. Additionally, they completed their secondary education at Berlage scholengemeenschap from 1986 to 1992.
