David Gerard is a highly experienced individual with a background in economics and philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder and Emory University. Currently, working at ICAT since March 2005, David holds various titles including Manager of Underwriting Operations Projects and Business Analysis, Business Analyst & Project Manager, Manager of Production Support, and Lead Underwriting Service Manager. Additionally, David has been working at Mindteck since 2009 as an Offshore Relationship Manager.
