Julia Zhang currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Icario since June 2023. Prior to this role, Julia held significant positions including Vice President of Engineering at Teladoc Health and Vice President | CTO of Digital Health & Analytics at Humana. Julia's career in technology started with leadership roles at Transcend Insights, where contributions were made toward innovative population health solutions, and at Certify Data Systems, a leader in health information exchange technology. Additional experience includes a Senior Manager position at Accela and a Manager role in Internet Banking at E-LOAN. Julia holds a Master of Engineering from Stanford University, an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from Zhejiang University.
