Kwadwo A. has a diverse work experience ranging from tax and accounting roles to senior positions in financial institutions. Kwadwo currently holds the role of Vice President - Tax at iCapital, where they have been since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an AVP at iCapital from an unspecified start date in 2020 until February 2022. Before joining iCapital, Kwadwo worked at PwC in a tax role from 2015 to 2020. Kwadwo also has experience in tax at Granite Associates, L.P. from 2013 to 2014. In 2011 and 2012, they worked as a Tax Associate at KPMG, focusing on federal and state returns for investment pass-through entities and corporations such as hedge funds and private equity funds. Earlier in their career, they held senior accounting analyst roles at Merrill Lynch from 2006 to 2011 and at Bank of New York Mellon in 2006. Kwadwo began their career as a senior mutual fund accountant at State Street Bank from 2004 to 2006.

Kwadwo A. has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Baruch College. Additionally, they have completed an MBA in Taxation from the City University of New York-Baruch College - Zicklin School of Business. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained a certification in Digital Acumen from PwC in April 2019 and a certification in Human-Centered Design from PwC in January 2020.
