Saja Aloraini is an experienced IT professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from King AbdulAziz University, obtained in 2017. Currently serving as a System Administrator at ICAD-KSA since January 2024, Saja previously held the position of IT Infrastructure Officer at SGS - Saudi Ground Services, where management of an Azure server infrastructure was a key responsibility. Prior to that role, Saja worked as an IT Service Desk Technician at Bin-Shihon Group, efficiently resolving service requests for over 1000 users and streamlining IT deployment processes. Also, Saja has experience as an IT Coordinator at the International Hospital Construction Company, handling level 1 support and procurement needs, and as a Trainer at Al-alamiah Institute for Computer and Technology, delivering courses on technical support, networking, and Android app development.
