Lisa Manske is an experienced Senior Project Manager at ICA Sverige AB, specializing in the installation of automated solutions for pharmaceutical product storage and the implementation of e-commerce order picking systems. With a history of managing diverse projects focused on supply chain development, Lisa has successfully increased capacity by addressing bottlenecks in automated systems and overseeing the relocation of fruit and vegetable inventory.
