Karl Andersson Kristiansen has extensive experience in digital management and team leadership, currently serving as People & Team Manager and Product Chef at ICA Gruppen since January 2021, following roles such as Digital Specialist and Project Leader. Prior to this, Karl held various positions at Resia Sverige from April 2017 to September 2020, including E-commerce Manager and Web Analyst. Earlier experience at ICA Gruppen includes a role as Production Manager, and at Telia Company, roles spanned from Online Communication Specialist to Designer for TV interfaces. Educational background includes a Kandidat Examen in Psychology from the University of Gothenburg and a Kandidatexamen in Human-Computer Interaction from Blekinge Institute of Technology. Ongoing education at University West is set for early 2024.
