Karin Stakeberg has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as a Business Partner and People & Team Manager at ICA Gruppen since August 2010. In this role, Karin has overseen customer service deliveries within the areas of Customer & Loyalty and Online, managing a team of approximately 60 employees through multiple reorganizations since 2012. Prior to ICA Gruppen, Karin took parental leave and worked at Danmarksbyrån AB as a Productions- and Sales Manager, where responsibilities included supplier negotiations, product development, and project management for travel-related products. Earlier career roles also include positions in conference sales and charter sales, complemented by a strong educational background in digital marketing, personal leadership, and marketing.
