Jimmy Jimmy's is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology and management roles. Currently a Resident at i.c.stars in Milwaukee, Jimmy has completed a 16-week immersive program and amassed over 1000 hours of intensive IT training. Previous roles include IT Support Technician at Advocate Aurora Health, where responsibilities included deploying and configuring new computer systems, managing support tickets with ServiceNow, and training hospital staff. As a Computer Production Technician at Dedicated Computing, Jimmy assembled and configured hardware, while past experience as a Panel Wirer at Columbus McKinnon involved meticulous assembly and wiring of panels. Additional managerial experience was gained at Bubblelicious, overseeing team roles and optimizing productivity, along with customer service experience as a team member at Panda Restaurant Group. Jimmy holds a High School Diploma from Riverside University High School, obtained in May 2020.
