Carolyn C. McGarty is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at IC Biomedical, LLC since May 2021. With a career spanning over two decades, Carolyn has held various HR roles, including Human Resources Supervisor and Senior HR Generalist at leading companies such as Manufacturing and Chart Industries, Inc., where responsibilities included professional recruiting, benefits administration, and safety administration. Additionally, Carolyn has been an Independent Distributor for Herbalife since February 1997, promoting wellness and nutrition. Contributions to the community include serving as Chairperson for the March of Dimes in Cherokee County and leading the North GA Human Resources Network Group. Carolyn holds a Human Resource Management Certification from the University of North Georgia, an Associate Degree in Business Management from Georgia Highlands College, and additional education from Reinhardt University and Pickens Technical College.
