Justin L. has held several executive roles in the finance and business industries. Justin was the Chief Executive Officer at iBusiness Funding from 2015 to 2019, and then moved to Ready Capital in 2019, where they currently serve as President of Small Business Lending and President of Small Balance Lending. Prior to their tenure at iBusiness Funding, Justin was the Chief Executive Officer at Knight Capital Funding from 2013 to 2015. Justin also held the role of CEO and head of business development at LCG Interactive from 2009 to 2013. While at LCG Interactive, Justin was an active participant on the Pillar Board of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Membership Committee, as well as a Trustee Member at the Coral Gables of Commerce.

Justin L. has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Justin studied Business Administration and Management, General, Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, and Finance, General. Justin also attended Hamden Hall Country Day School.
