Samantha Harvey is an experienced professional in client experience and implementation within technology-focused companies. Currently serving as the Client Experience Manager at iBTR since September 2020, Samantha previously held roles at Benefit Technology Resources, progressing from Implementation Service Analyst to Senior Configuration Analyst. Prior to that, Samantha worked at Paylocity as an Account Manager, providing software support for payroll and HR solutions, and served as an Estimator/Coordinator at All American Water Restoration, Inc. Educationally, Samantha holds an Associate’s Degree in General Education from Seminole State College of Florida and has furthered studies at the University of Central Florida.
