Robert Dalby is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in process improvement and controls automation. Since September 2017, Robert has been working as a Process Improvement Engineer at Ibstock Brick. Prior to this role, Robert developed expertise in PLC/SCADA controls and automation during a 12-year tenure at COFELY GDF-SUEZ. Earlier positions include Technician at Coronation House and Maintenance Electrician at several locations, including Rudgewick Works and Hanson Brick, starting a career as an Engineer at TCom Security Limited after completing an apprenticeship at Ciba Geigy Pharmaceuticals. Robert's educational foundation includes studies at Forest School for Boys, Crawley College of Technology, and East Surrey College, completed between 1984 and 1989.
