Virginio Cattaneo has extensive experience in human resources management across multiple prominent pharmaceutical companies. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at IBSA Group since March 2011, Virginio Cattaneo previously held key HR leadership roles at Sanofi-Aventis, Roche S.p.A., Sanofi Winthrop S.p.A., Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, and the Gruppo Agusta. Responsibilities have included industrial relations, personnel management, change management, compensation and benefits, and employee development. Virginio Cattaneo holds a degree in Law from the Università degli Studi di Milano and a classical maturity certificate from Liceo Classico Alessandro Volta.
