Tricia Neal, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Ibotta since November 2024. Prior to this role, Tricia held a transitional position as Director of Internal Audit at Chevron from August 2023 to October 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing controls convergence and system integration following Chevron's acquisition of PDC Energy. Tricia was the Director of Internal Audit at PDC Energy from May 2018 to August 2023, focusing on compliance with SOX control requirements and enhancing organizational controls and efficiencies. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Manager Internal Audit and Manager Internal Audit at PDC Energy, as well as positions at Antero Resources, Dividend Capital, QEP Resources, Inc., and KPMG. Tricia holds both a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
