Nissrine Krami is an associate professor in the Electrical Engineering department at Ibn Tofail University, with a rich background in research, teaching, and project management focused on power systems and sustainable energy resources. Krami contributed significantly as a scientific visitor at INESC Technology and Science - Associate Laboratory, securing over $500K in research grants for the SECRETS project, which aimed to establish the first Smart Grid Laboratory in Morocco. Previous experience includes applying computational optimization techniques for microgrids at the University of Washington and conducting interconnection studies for power plants at TRACTEBEL - ENGIE GROUP. Krami holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from the University of Washington, as well as credentials from Ecole Mohammadia d'Ingénieurs and Mohamed V University in various engineering disciplines.
