Simone Masciotta is an experienced HR professional with a substantial background in learning development, compensation, and organizational management. Currently serving as the HR Manager at IBL Banca since July 2014, Simone oversees the Training & Development and Compensation & Benefits units, along with formulating remuneration policies for executives and board members. Previous roles include HR Development Manager and HR Project Manager at IBL Banca, and Training, Organizational Development & Recruiting Coordinator at Italfondiario SpA, where Simone developed training strategies, managed significant training budgets, and reengineered recruiting processes. Academic qualifications include a II Level Master Degree in Business Administration & Leadership from Università Bocconi, a degree in Organizational Design from Luiss Business School, and a degree in Political Science from Sapienza Università di Roma, among others.
