Marc Banjak has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Marc is currently the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at iBio, Inc. since February 2022. Prior to that, in September 2021, they founded and served as the President of MMBiopharma Consulting, LLC.

Before their current roles, Marc worked at Istari Oncology as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from April 2021 to September 2021. Marc also served as the Associate Vice President & General Counsel at Dova Pharmaceuticals from October 2017 to April 2021.

Marc gained valuable experience at PRA Health Sciences, where they held multiple roles. From January 2016 to October 2017, they served as an Associate Director, Legal Affairs. Prior to that, they served as Sr. Legal Counsel from July 2014 to January 2016, and as Legal Counsel from May 2013 to June 2014.

Before joining PRA Health Sciences, Marc worked as a Corporate Attorney at B. Braun Medical from October 2011 to May 2013. Marc also gained experience at PPD, where they worked as an Associate Counsel, Contracts from April 2009 to October 2011 and as a Contract Specialist, Legal Counsel from May 2007 to April 2009.

Marc's early career included serving as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force. Marc held positions at Pope AFB, NC from July 2005 to June 2007 and at Randolph AFB, TX from October 2002 to June 2005. In addition, they served as a Liaison Officer in the Central Criminal Court of Iraq from May 2006 to October 2006.

Marc Banjak has a JD degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, which they obtained in 2002. Prior to that, they earned a BA degree in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College in 1999. Marc also holds a certification as a Licensed in Colorado, although the details of when and where they obtained this certification are unknown.
