Geraldine Wong, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Data Officer at GXS Bank since October 2020, contributing to a bank backed by a consortium including Grab Holdings Inc. In addition, Geraldine is active in various roles such as a Technology Advisory Committee Member at Synapxe, a member of the IBF Future-Enabled Skills Industry Working Group at the Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore, and a Standing Committee for Data Management Member at the Association of Banks in Singapore. Geraldine is also an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Statistics & Data Science at the National University of Singapore and has previously served as a Lecturer at Yale-NUS College. Prior experience includes senior positions at Singtel, Accenture, and DataSpark Pte Ltd, with a strong academic background comprising a Ph.D. in Statistics and a Bachelor of Mathematical Sciences (Hons) from the University of Adelaide, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the National University of Singapore.
