Francesco Delli Paoli is a seasoned business development manager currently working at IBF International Consulting since September 2021, specializing in public sector consulting across a range of sectors including institutional and social development, energy, and environmental policy. Prior experience includes serving as a project manager at A.R.S. Progetti S.p.A., where responsibilities encompassed the preparation of EU tenders and management of contracts.
