Ali Muzaffar is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, since January 2017, Ali Muzaffar also holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at IBEX | Global Pakistan, a role undertaken since October 2015, following earlier tenure as a Software Engineer at IBEX | Global from June 2013 to 2014. Prior experience includes dual roles as a Software Engineer and IT Operations Executive at TRG Customer Solutions from November 2007 to June 2013, and providing technical support to Stratasoft clients for their Call Center Application Suite from 2007 to 2010. Ali Muzaffar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University Of Central Punjab and completed A-Levels and Matriculation at Pepperdine School.
