Ryan Paavola is currently an Apprentice Electrician at IBEW Local 68, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan Paavola worked at Capital One for nearly 15 years, holding various positions including Data Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, Principal Data Analyst, and ultimately serving as a Data Analyst Manager from July 2007 to May 2022. Ryan Paavola earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing studies from 2002 to 2007.
