Tercio Garcia possesses extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving on the Audit Committee at ONG Banco de Alimentos since February 2022 and holding multiple roles at Cengage since April 2013, including CFO and COO for Latin America. Tercio is also a member of the Advisory Board at IBEF São Paulo, contributing since April 2021 and previously from April 2011 to March 2013. Prior experience includes finance leadership positions at Eastman Kodak and Hewlett-Packard, where Tercio developed a strong foundation in financial management across various levels. Tercio holds an MBA in International Business from Florida International University and a BS in Accounting from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
