Robert McTavish, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the aerospace, defense, and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at iBASEt since April 2019, Robert specializes in implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to enhance operational efficiencies for A&D manufacturers. Alongside this role, Robert manages a portfolio of projects for STAR-TECH Ventures, Inc., including a notable business process management project for Consumers Energy. Previous positions include leadership roles at Kellogg's, Schneider Electric, and iTAC Software AG, where Robert focused on initiatives related to serialization and traceability in various industries. Additionally, Robert contributed to non-profit efforts on the Board of Directors for Revitalizing Michigan and served in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, where search and rescue operations were key responsibilities. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Lawrence Technological University.
