Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in business management and nutrition. Currently, Mariana serves as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability, a role held since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has been an Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous positions include Propietaria/Gerente at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, Nutrióloga at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and Catedrático universitario at a labor training school between August 2016 and August 2017, teaching courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
