Hadj Hamma Dr. Tadjine has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Team Lead at Sonatrach, where they focused on non-destructive testing of welding and developed a new controller system for a drilling station. In 2001, they became an Assistant Professor at Clausthal University of Technology, working with esteemed professors in the field. Hadj Hamma later joined CUTEC Clausthaler Umwelttechnik Forschungszentrum as a Senior Engineer from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they transitioned to Hella as a Project Manager, specializing in Driver Assistant Systems. In 2008, they joined Delvis GmbH as a Team Lead for a short period before moving to IAV GmbH. At IAV GmbH, they held various positions including Senior Technology Specialist, Senior Project Leader, and their current role as Director of Business Development for Intelligent Vehicle & ITS. In this role, they are responsible for deploying the company's international strategy, increasing market access, and overseeing the autonomous driving, ADAS & ITS business in multiple countries. Their work experience showcases their expertise and leadership in the automotive and technology industries.

Hadj Hamma Dr. Tadjine holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from Université Saad Dahlab de Blida, which they obtained from 1989 to 1994. Hadj Hamma further pursued their education at the same university and received a DEA (Diplôme d'études approfondies) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Technology from 1994 to 1995. Tadjine then pursued a Magister degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Technology from Université Saad Dahlab de Blida, which they completed from 1996 to 1998. Finally, they obtained a PhD in Computer Science from Technische Universität Clausthal, which they completed from 2001 to 2004.
