Susan Thomas has extensive experience in risk management and loss prevention, having served as a Risk Analyst at Innovative Aftermarket Systems since October 2005 and as a Loss Prevention Analyst at iA American Warranty Group concurrently since October 2005. Prior experience includes a role as a Risk Analyst at Service Group Insurance & Financial Services from 2002 to January 2020. Additionally, Susan held a position in finance at South Point Auto Group from 1992 to 2002.
