Nicole Bachor is a seasoned professional in recruiting and consulting with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Leitung Recruiting at ias-Gruppe since October 2022, Nicole co-founded Anthizo from January 2023 to August 2023. Prior to this, Nicole held the position of Principal and Senior Consultant at Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH from January 2015 to October 2022 and served as a Consultant at Kienbaum Executive Consultants from January 2012 to December 2014. Nicole's career began at Kienbaum Berlin GmbH, where a role as Senior Associate was held from October 2008 to December 2011. Educationally, Nicole holds a degree in Business Coaching from Freie Universität Berlin (2014-2015) and a Dipl.-Kffr. in Business Administration from HWR Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht (2004-2008).
