Marcus Schnorz has over two decades of experience in leadership roles across various companies in the business services and railway sectors. Currently serving at ias-Gruppe since April 2012 as the Managing Director and Head of Operational Business in Germany, Marcus has also held positions including Director of Customer Management and Head of Key Account Management. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at 4S BusinessServices GmbH and DB Services GmbH within the Deutsche Bahn Group, where roles included Senior Project Manager and Head of Key Account Management. Marcus began their career as a Project Manager at ZLU GmbH after earning a Dipl.-Ing. in industrial engineering from Technische Universität Berlin and completing Abitur at Leibniz-Gymnasium Berlin.
