Johnny Friel currently serves as a Project Compliance & Support/PMO Executive at Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail, responsible for managing PMO activities related to project compliance and support for fleet and depot Capital and ICT projects. In addition, Johnny contributes to the CX Events Team, assisting with customer service during major events. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Project Administrator and Licensing Coordinator at the National Transport Authority, as well as a Service Delivery Executive at Intel Corporation and a Technical Support Executive at eir Ireland. Johnny holds a Professional Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management and a Component Certificate in Computer Systems Networking from CCT College Dublin.
