John Kennedy FCIPD is currently the Head of HR Organisational Development and Programme Lead at Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail. John has extensive experience in various HR roles within the company, including Infrastructure Human Resources Manager, Head of Engineering Strategy & HR, and Human Resources Manager for Northern & Eastern regions. John holds an MSc in Lean & Six Sigma from the University of Limerick and has a background in industrial relations and project management.
