Andrew Jacobson is an experienced professional in client services and project management, currently serving as the Client Services Team Lead for IANS since April 2019. Andrew has successfully managed strategic accounts, trained team members, and implemented operational improvements that significantly increased client engagement and satisfaction metrics. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Coordinator and Recruiter at RazorFocus, where Andrew managed research projects and client communications. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Gettysburg College, complemented by a minor in Spanish, and has previous experience coaching youth sports and supervising camp activities.
