Jason Plotsko has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jason is currently the Vice President of Finance at "I and love and you" pet, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they were a Co-Founder and CFO at Tailored Pet Nutrition, where they helped develop personalized pet food recipes.

From 2017 to 2019, Jason worked as the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis at Ainsworth Pet Nutrition, where they led finance teams and contributed to strategic decision-making. Jason also served as the Senior Director of Commercial Finance at Ainsworth Pet Nutrition from 2015 to 2017.

Before their time at Ainsworth, Jason held multiple roles at HJ Heinz. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Senior Finance Director for the North American Foodservice business, leading the finance team and providing strategic insights. Jason also served as the Finance Director for the North American Supply Chain from 2013 to 2014, and the Finance Director for US Consumer Products from 2010 to 2012.

Jason's career began at McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals in 2000, where they held various finance roles, including Operations Finance Senior Analyst, Financial Accounting Manager, and Marketing Finance Manager supporting the Tylenol Franchise.

Jason started their professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate from 1995 to 1999.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated expertise in finance, strategic planning, analysis, and team leadership across various industries.

Jason Plotsko attended Lehigh University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
