Susannah Portch currently serves as the Head of Service Strategy and Design at International Airlines Group (IAG) since September 2021. Prior to this role, Portch was an Associate Director at Cognizant, where responsibilities included leading operational aspects of the Global Group Functions SAP service. During a significant tenure at Centrica PLC from 2010 to 2020, Portch held various leadership positions, including Head of Digital Enterprise Service Transition and Service Delivery Manager, focusing on service improvement, project assurance, and financial governance. Portch began a career in financial oversight with roles in project accounting and governance at Centrica and Transport for London. Academically, Portch holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy & Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management.
