Salima El Ayi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, communication, and business development. Currently serving as Projects Manager and Head of Communication at Posterity Institute since January 2022, Salima also holds the position of Project Director at The Sheikh CEO and Business Development Manager at IAG, both from November 2021. Previously, Salima was the Senior Livelihoods Manager at the International Rescue Committee from October 2020 to November 2021 and served as Area Programs Manager for North Lebanon at JA Worldwide between March 2017 and August 2019. Salima's educational background includes dual Master 2 degrees in International Contracts Law from the University of Montpellier and Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, as well as a Master's in International Law from Lebanese University.
