Nic O'Connor is an experienced executive in the field of people services, currently serving as Executive Manager at IAG since November 2022. Previously, O'Connor held the position of Head of People Services at Qantas from July 2018 to November 2022, and earlier roles at Qantas included Head of International Cabin Crew & Lounges and Manager of QF Cabin Crew Australia, among others. O'Connor's career also includes experience as a Business Development Manager at British American Tobacco and a Retail Manager at Eurest. O'Connor holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, earned between 2003 and 2009.
