Matthew Botur has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Manager of Claims Analytics & Performance at IAG since November 2011, where previous roles included Team Lead of Analytics, Senior Pricing Analyst, and Actuarial Analyst. Prior to IAG, Matthew worked as a Claims Administrator at the Earthquake Commission in 2011. Academic credentials include an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries from both The Institute of Actuaries of Australia (2016-2017) and The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (2012-2015), along with a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Mathematics from the University of Canterbury (2004-2009), and a bursary from Hillmorton High School (1999-2003).
