Bryce Long is an experienced professional in program delivery and change management, currently serving as Manager of Planning & Capability at IAG since April 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the development and monitoring of program delivery plans for over 15 projects and managing capacity alignment with business objectives. Prior to this role, Bryce worked as Change Lead at IAG, focusing on major change initiatives and risk remediation. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Change Manager at Westpac, where Bryce oversaw stakeholder management and change adoption during large-scale transformations, and as a Management Consultant at Newport Consulting. Earlier roles include instructional positions and project analysis at Wall Street Institute and ANZ, respectively. Bryce holds a Master of Commerce in Strategic Value Management from UNSW and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in International Business from The University of Auckland.
