Chris Simpson currently serves as the Live Window Optimisation Manager at IAG Cargo, responsible for tactical optimisation of capacity and demand to enhance revenue and customer service, while managing a shift-based team that supports Inventory teams. Prior experience includes a 16-year tenure at Heathrow, where Chris held several roles, culminating as Senior Airfield Officer, overseeing operational safety and efficiency of the airport's aerodrome. Roles previously included Airfield Operations Officer and Airfield Security Compliance / Doppler Radar Operative, focusing on airside safety, compliance, and security measures. Chris's early career included positions as a Security Guard at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and as a Retail Assistant at Debenhams.
