Chloe Bones is an experienced professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Data Science and Analytics Team Lead at IAG Cargo since January 2019, following a role as Data Exploitation Analyst. Previously, Chloe worked at British Airways as an Operational Research Consultant and also held the position of Campus Ambassador, where engagement with universities was key to organizing career-related events. The operational research expertise gained involved data analytics and modeling across various business areas, including marketing and customer loyalty. Earlier career roles included customer assistant positions at Tesco PLC, Next Group PLC, and Dancemania Ltd. Chloe holds a Level 7 AI & Data Science Apprenticeship from Cambridge Spark and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics from the University of Surrey.
