Aisha Javid is an experienced cargo operations manager at IAG Cargo since June 2019, demonstrating expertise in the logistics sector. Prior to this role, Aisha served as the security manager at Heathrow's Terminal 5 from January 2014 to June 2019, ensuring safety and security operations. Prior experience includes managing customer complaints and orders as a complaints manager at Fortnum & Mason from January 2013 to January 2014. Aisha holds a degree in aviation management and operations from London Metropolitan University and a BTEC in travel and tourism from Uxbridge College. Education was completed at Harlington Community School between 2000 and 2005.
